My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email us at support@glazetta.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a refund or replacement — no need to return the item.
What if I just don't love it?
Email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll process a refund — no need to send anything back.
How do I use the gua sha tool?
Apply a facial oil or serum first, then glide the stone upward and outward along your jawline, cheeks, and forehead using light pressure. For extra depuffing, chill it in the fridge before use.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then typically arrive within 5–11 business days.
